Coping

We can't always Control what happens to us, and sometimes its hard to control our emotions. The next time you find yourself upset or angry about something ask yourself "Is there anything I can do? Is being upset going to accomplish anything?"
Remember to be kind to yourself, life is about learning and no one handles every situation well but do your best to not suffer twice (the first time the incident and the secong time when you review it in your mind).
